Part time, year round 24-30hrs/week

Responsibilities

Conduct general building maintenance and repairs.
Conduct grounds maintenance duties such as mowing and trimming, landscaping including excavating by machine and hand, fencing maintenance, tree trimming, etc.
Assist with various tasks as directed by supervisor.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment (forklift, skid steer, trailers) in performing duties.
Some equipment operating experience preferred (skid loaders, tractors, zero turn mowers, aerial lifts, etc.)
Respond to maintenance needs as directed by the supervisor.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age and 1 year of post-high school work experience.

Basic carpentry skills preferred.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must be available to work at least 3 days/week.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions including heat, inclement weather, cold, etc.
Must be able to lift at least 80lbs.
Must be able to stand, lift, walk, carry for long periods of time.
Must be a team player.
Must have the ability to use hand and power tools including hammer, sledgehammer, shovel, jackhammer, chain saw, miter saw, table saw, etc.
